Scheduling & Booking

You can book a cleaning service by filling out our online booking form or by calling us directly at 2678152545. Our customer support team is available 24/7!

We recommend booking at least a week in advance to ensure availability, but we will do our best to accommodate your schedule if you have have an urgent cleaning need.

We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations, and we will work with you to reschedule if necessary. Appointments that are cancelled 24 hours before the service will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

A standard home or office can take about 3 hours to clean but it depends on factors such as the size of the space and the level of detail required. If more time or detail is needed, we will inform you upon inspection of your space.

Yes, but please note that the same cleaner may not always be available due to personal matters or scheduling conflicts. 

Payment & Billing

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. We also accept Paypal and Cash.

Book online and pay using any major credit card. When booking by phone, we will e-mail you an invoice with payment instructions once your booking is confirmed. For cash payments, the amount is due at the time of service.

Payment method is required upfront to secure your booking. We will not charge your payment method until after the service is completed. If you prefer to pay by cash, payment is required at the time of service. Depending on the circumstances (i.e. distance or for large projects), we may require a valid credit card on file at the time of booking in case of a cancellation or to use as a backup payment method.

Due to the unique nature of our work, we do not offer refunds on work performed; however, if for any reason you’re not happy with the service we’ve provided, just give us a call within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll do what we can to make it right!
